VIOLACION NIÑO, NIÑA ADOSLECENTE OBJETO: NOTIFICAR AL IMPUTADO SERGIO GERARDO SEGOVIA, CON DECLARATORIA DE REBELDIA AUTO INTERLOCUTORIO N° 327/2023 DE DECLARATORIA DE REBELDIA DENTRO DE LA INVESTIGACION SEGUIDO POR EL MINISTERIO PUBLICO EN CONTRA DE SERGIO GERARDO SEGOVIA SAN LORENZO, 27 DE JULIO DE 2023 VISTOS: Los fundamentos de los sujetos procesales CONSIDERANDO. - Que el Ministerio Público presenta imputación formal en contra deSEGIO GERARDO SEGOVIA, por el presunto delito de VIOLACION NIÑO, NIÑA ADOSLECENTE, previsto en el Art. 308 del C.P., que en tal virtud, habiéndose notificado legalmente al imputado, sin embargo pese a su legal notificación, no se apersono para asumir su defensa, ni justifico debidamente su inasistencia, en consecuencia se DECLARA LA REBELDIA del imputado SERGIO GERARDO SEGOVIA de conformidad al art. 87 y 89 del C.P.P., por secretaria del juzgado, líbrese el correspondiente MANDAMIENTO de aprehensión y conducción, asimismo dentro del plazo establecido póngase en conocimiento del REJAP, emita formato de EDICTO conforme al Art. 165 del C.P.P. para la notificación del imputado mediante edicto, a ser diligenciada por la representante fiscal, como así también se designa como defensor de oficio al Abogado NATANIEL YAÑEZ para que asuma defensa del imputado, debiendo notificarse al nombrado profesional, con las formalidades de ley. REGISTRESE FDO. JUEZ TERESA TORREZ TORREZ ANTE MI SECRETARIA ABOGADA ADELA CISNEROS GONZALES.-
